Lithium Synergy

Lithium Synergy provides lithium as lithium orotate, a form combined with orotic acid to support better absorption and bioavailability. Lithium may promote healthy mood, behavior, and brain function by supporting inositol recycling and hippocampal health. It also plays a role in neurotransmitter activity and cognitive signaling pathways. This formula includes vitamin B12 and trimethylglycine (TMG) to support healthy methylation, with B12 also contributing to the production of SAMe.†
